Patient Coordinator
Aura began her journey with Dr. Hanan in December 2000 as a dental assistant. In 2021, Aura took on the role of Patient Coordinator where she helps patients coordinate their treament plans with Dr. Hanan and other referring doctors. Aura looks after our patients needs and is always available to help coordinate appoinments and answer any questions you might have. She always remains upbeat and positive and is very detail oriented.
When she is not working with us, Aura enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Billing/Insurance Coordinator
Mariia began working with Dr. Hanan in 2022. Mariia is always hard at work assisting patients with appointments, responding to emails and helping to answer insurance and billing questions. You can always count on seeing her smiling face and cheerful disposition when you enter Hanan Orthodontics.

Outside of the office, I continue my health care through the practice of meditation, yoga, working out and cooking healthy meals.

Known for her warm chair side manner and gentle touch, she excels in conducting thorough dental cleanings and oral assessments. Natalie has the ability to understand and connect with her patients’ fears and concerns and the needs for their oral care. She is a healthcare professional who values building lasting relationships with her patients.
In her free time, Natalie is a busy mom to four boys who loves spin classes and spending time outdoors.
